    Today's' High Speed board Designs demand high requirements right from Impedance control on Trace layers, clever stacking up of layers, length-matched traces and every other controls right at the designers desktop. Were these design requirements carried forward during manufacturing and whether the design passes out of the incoming inspection process of the OEM? Can the designers & OEMs cope up with everything right from the instant the design leave their hands and it gets out of the Shop floor? Here at M&M we take this burden off the designers' shoulders. Our CAM personnel carry the burden on themselves to serve as a proper liaison between the Designer and Fab shop. We can assure that you get a board manufactured with Zero defect quality by providing a smooth transit path for your board through all stages of manufacturing.

    Our CAM service can catch those potential issues that stay unconfirmed with the manufacturability requirements specified by the OEM right before production, so that the high cost and efforts incurred on the board are not wasted. We start off right from initial Analysis, DFM Edits & Penalization before the outputs reach the Shop floor at your production facility.

We require the following Inputs from you before we could start tooling any job.

 1. Manufacturability requirements documentation of your production facility.

 2. Manufacturability guideline of the OEM. (If any)

We prefer that you provide the following design deliverables to serve you fast and with a better accuracy:

  1. Gerber Artworks (In RS274-X, ODB++, RS274-D, Barco, Fire 9xxx). An Aperture file with the definitions of all the used Dcodes is mandatory in case the data is sent out in RS274-D format.
  2. NC drill files in Excellon or Hitachi formats.
    Even if the NC files are not provided, we can generate it here if the Layer set includes a drill drawing layer with the drill chart.
  3. An IPC-D-356 Netlist or Mentor Neutral Netlist file.
    This is for comparison of the gerber Netlist with the CAD-generated Netlist, so that both are in-sync.
