BGA Test Socket (large)

The M&M Large BGA Socket is designed for a 23 to 45 mm BGA package. It will work for .8mm to 1.27mm pitch device. It has a floating plate design to help locate the device before contact with the spring probe. The standard lid has a high mechanical advantage latch for easy operation even with the largest devices. The lid snaps on and off for easy change from manual to handler and back. We offer Four lids with this socket. The Standard Lid, offers automatic adjustment for package variance. The Heat Sink Lid, similar to standard with 1” pedestal and custom heat sink. The Z Adjust Lid, can adjust for more package variance. And the Die Probing Lid, for open die probing of a device.
